Watch Repair

At Expressions Jewelers, we’re happy to assist with many common watch repairs in-house. For more complex repairs, we partner with trusted specialists to ensure the best care for your timepiece.

In-House Watch Services

We complete the following basic repairs on-site:

• Battery replacement (standard and lithium)

• Watch band sizing, adjustments, cleaning

General turn-around time is 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note: We do not guarantee water resistance after service.

Repairs Shipped Out for Estimate

More involved repairs—such as movement issues, crystal replacements, or crown repairs—are shipped to our service partner for an estimate.

Shipping Fee (based on declared value of the watch):

• $30.00 – Watches valued up to $1,000

• $60.00 – Watches valued between $1,000 and $5,000

• Over $5,000 – Shipping fee provided upon request

What to Expect:

• The shipping fee is collected at drop-off.

• Watches are usually shipped the following week. Depending on the extent of the repair, estimates take usually 2-4 weeks.

• If the estimate is approved, payment is due at the time to approval and the shipping fee is applied toward the total repair cost.

• If the estimate is declined, the watch is returned unrepaired.
