From simple fixes to complex restorations, our team is here to help you keep your treasured pieces in beautiful, wearable condition. Many basic repairs are completed in-house by our skilled jeweler, while more specialized work is sent to trusted partners who meet our same high standards of care and craftsmanship.

Jewelry Repair Services

We complete many common jewelry repairs, including:

• Ring resizing
• Retipping prongs
• Replacing missing gemstones or diamonds
• Soldering broken chains
• Rhodium plating (for white gold)
• Polishing, refinishing, and general cleaning

Turnaround time for most jewelry repairs is typically 10-15 business days. Timing and cost will depend on the complexity of the repair, the materials involved, and the condition of the item. We’re happy to provide an estimate during your visit.

For some repairs, we partner with expert jewelers. These repairs are sent out for an estimate, with timelines and pricing determined by the scope of work.

What to Expect:

• We’ll contact you with an estimate once it’s reviewed.
• If approved, payment is collected before work begins.
• If declined, the item is returned unrepaired.

In-House Watch Services

We’re able to complete the following basic watch repairs in-house on most brands:

• Battery replacement (standard and lithium)
• Watch band adjustments, sizing, and cleaning

General turnaround time is 2–4 business days.
Please note: We do not guarantee water resistance after service.

Watch Repairs Shipped Out for Estimate

For movement issues, crystal or crown replacements, and other more involved repairs, we send your timepiece to a trusted specialist for evaluation.

Shipping Fee (based on declared value):

• $30 – Watches valued up to $1,000
• $60 – Watches valued between $1,000 and $5,000
• Over $5,000 – Please contact us for pricing

What to Expect:

• Shipping fee is collected at drop-off.
• Watches are typically shipped the following week.
• Estimates take 2–4 weeks, depending on the issue.
• If the estimate is approved, the shipping fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
• If declined, the watch is returned unrepaired.
